EnviroMet is defined by the skill, character and commitment of its people. Every technical employee has been continuously active in the air quality field for his/her entire career. Our technical personnel have a collective 60+ years of progressive, successful service to clients. All of our meteorologists are academically trained in the atmospheric sciences. In addition, each of our personnel previously served industry and government clients from within engineering firms, bringing a degree of inter-disciplinary understanding and skill to bear on air quality consulting services that is not commonly available.

George G. McComb
Senior Consulting Meteorologist

A Certified Consulting Meteorologist, George has 38 years of continuous experience in the meteorological and air quality disciplines including state and federal permitting, dispersion modeling, and related consulting services. He earned his B.S. in Meteorology in 1969 from the Pennsylvania State University and M.S. in Environmental Sciences from Drexel University in 1978. George’s responsibilities within EnviroMet include both overall company management and contributions to particular projects where a high level of experience is required.

Gary J. Napp
Senior Consulting Scientist

Gary is project manager and technical contributor for major EnviroMet projects. Because he has worked in government, industry and consulting during his 28-year career, he possesses the broad-based knowledge and expertise that assures the success of projects. Gary has earned degrees in Environmental Science (BS) and Engineering Administration (MEA). He specializes in permitting, BACT analyses, MACT implementation, human health and ecological risk assessments, dispersion modeling studies and due diligence studies. Additionally, Gary is responsible for EnviroMet's regulatory review function including regulation development tracking and analysis. Gary provides routine regulatory updates to EnviroMet's team members and Clients.

Keith J. Ocheski
Consulting Meteorologist

A 1990 graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University with a B.S. in Meteorology, Keith has 17 years of experience in providing air quality permitting-related services to power utilities, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, chemical processing and other industries. At EnviroMet, Keith serves as both a project manager and technical contributor and he has extensive experience in federal and state air permitting regulations , air quality modeling, meteorological /air quality monitoring, geographic information systems (GIS), human health risk assessments, and air toxic release modeling. Keith is also proficient in modifying computer models and writing support applications and database management programs.

John A. Gill
Meteorologist

John has earned a M.S. degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wyoming, having also received a B.A. in Spanish from the same institution in 1993. He has more than 9 years of experience in environmental consulting with primary areas of specialization in meteorological database design and preparation, short and long-range dispersion modeling, visibility degradation assessment, Title V compliance auditing, and health risk analysis.
